Transportation policy

We accept orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Then, we will process the order entering (waiting for credit card approval), and then ship from our warehouse center. Our orders can be sent to all parts of the world, but the transportation cost is different: 1. The standard delivery time for free delivery parcels is about 15 - 25 days, which may be affected by COVID-19 and cause deviations; 2. Expedited payment The standard shipping time for shipping packages is 7-10 days. Each order can only have one shipping address and will be sent by air. Customs may conduct random inspections, which is beyond our control.

Orders placed on the same day will be shipped within 3 days of the day (except holidays). For orders placed during the special promotion period, it may take more time to process the order, and the shipment will start within 3-5 working days. If the selected product is currently unavailable, or other proof of identity is required for credit verification, our customer service will contact you via email. *The delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays, and is waiting for credit verification.

PayPal account order
Customers who wish to pay with their PayPal account are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is updated or selected. When confirming PayPal payment, the customer will be prompted to confirm the payment method and delivery address. If the customer ignores this process, will not choose "tracking package" as the original shipping method, we can only stop/continue shipping, if so, it is the customer's responsibility to reship the package to the correct address.

United States, Canada, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, South Korea, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Croatia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom.

Tariff and
General tariff

All appropriate customs fees, taxes and duties are borne by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and pay any customs fees and duties received in your country.

Refuse to transport
If you decide to refuse to send any goods from, you will bear the original shipping costs, all duties, taxes, and/or customs costs (whether original or returned goods) incurred on the package, and return the package to the wilderness Orion. This amount will be replaced in your product replacement.

Different issuers and shippers
One of these measures is to check that the shipping address and billing address provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, the customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the legality of the order before processing the order. In some cases, if we are unable to contact the cardholder immediately, order processing may be delayed.

PO Box and APO/FPO address
Military and post office boxes: Due to shipper restrictions, standard delivery is the only delivery method for APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.
