Our policy is that the logistics show that a 100% refund can be made within 14 days after the correct delivery, but the buyer needs to bear the return shipping cost; within 90 days, due to quality problems, only the replacement product will not be refunded, and the shipping cost will be borne by the seller. Unfortunately, if 90 days have passed since the date of purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are private or hygienic, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
The refund is overdue or lost (if any)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially issued.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible.

If the item is marked as a gift after it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the product is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift-giver sends the order to himself and then sends it to you later, we will refund the gift-giver and he will find out your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
